Terms and Conditions for Raffles

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in raffles and competitions organised by Syncro Soft SRL, str Remus 5A, 200083, Romania (in the following called "Syncro"). Deviating or supplementary rules in the announcement of an individual competition shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions in the event of contradictions.

Participation and Eligibility

Participation in this competition is only possible under these conditions of participation. By participating in a competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

The entry deadline for the competition, the respective prize, the method of determining the prize and details of what specific actions are required to enter the competition will be announced on the competition page.

Employees of Syncro Soft SRL as well as their relatives and persons under 18 years of age are excluded from participation.

Participation in this competition is only possible once per person. Multiple entries (manual or automated) are excluded from the raffle.

Participants are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the contact details provided. Should the contact data provided be incorrect and/or incomplete, Syncro is not obliged to find the correct data.

Syncro has the right to disqualify participants without giving reasons or to exclude them from future participation in competitions. In particular, if these violate these conditions of participation, provide false information, disrupt and/or manipulate the course of the competition in any way, especially technical processes, or attempt to do so and/or otherwise unfairly influence the draw.

Execution and notification

The winner will normally be determined among all participants within 5 working days from the end of the participation period. The winner will be determined randomly by drawing lots.

The prize will be drawn among all participants. The winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners who do not respond to a prize notification within 5 working days lose their claim to the prize.

Participants who have not won will not be notified.

Payment of the winnings in cash, their exchange or the transfer of the right to win to another person is excluded.

Modification and premature termination of a competition

Syncro reserves the right to make changes or adjustments to the competition and/or the conditions of participation if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons. Syncro shall be entitled at any time to cancel or prematurely terminate a competition for technical or legal reasons without prior notice and without providing justification.

Liability

Syncro shall only be liable for damage caused by it intentionally, through gross negligence or through breach of essential contractual obligations through slight negligence. Otherwise, liability shall be excluded. These limitations shall not apply to claims for damages under the Product Liability Act or due to injury to life, body or health.

Syncro shall not be liable for damages resulting from malfunctions or interruptions of the Internet connection, networks, lines, servers and other systems and facilities that are not within the area of responsibility of Syncro.

Syncro does not provide any guarantee or assume liability for any prizes that are provided by third parties rather than by Syncro. If such prizes from third parties do not function correctly, are defective, have other faults or if the recipient has questions about the use of these prizes, then they must contact the manufacturer of the relevant prize immediately.

Data protection information

All information that you provide in the competition form is used to select and notify the prize winners and to prevent participants from entering the competition multiple times. The legal basis for the processing of your data as mentioned above is the proper implementation of the competition in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store your email address and the data relating to your confirmation that you would like to take part until the prizes have all been drawn. After completion and processing of the competition, the personal data will be deleted.

Personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. The personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except to third parties who need the data to carry out and process the competition. Each participant will be given information about the data stored about him/her on request.
