General Terms and Conditions

Syncro Soft is proud to support non-profit organizations around the globe who seek to enhance community life and social well being. Eligible organizations can receive a 20% discount from Syncro Soft's standard pricing model for perpetual and subscription software licenses. This discount may also be combined with the standard volume discounts currently offered to all of our customers.

Eligibility requirements:

• Non-governmental organizations (including private educational institutions) recognized as a non-profit or charitable entity in their home country.
• Annual operating budget of under five million U.S. dollars or equivalent ($5,000,000) in its most recent fiscal year.
• Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to Syncro Soft for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.

Restrictions

The following entities are not eligible to participate in this program:

• Individuals.
• Government agencies or for-profit educational institutions.
• Organizations unable to demonstrate their non-profit status.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.
• Religious organizations without a secular community designation. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
• Fraternities or sororities, legislative and political (except voter education) organizations, or advocacy groups.
• Organizations that support political parties or candidates.

If you represent an educational institute, university, college, public library, or museum and you are using the license for non-commercial purposes, you can apply for better discount terms under Academic Program.

To obtain the Oxygen XML non-profit discount, complete the form for review and approval by Syncro Soft. As part of that request form, you will need to provide evidence of your eligibility. This evidence may be one or more of the following:

• A link to a third-party web-page, such as your government taxation agency, where your organization is listed or can be searched for.
• A scanned original document certifying your organization’s non-profit status.

Non-profit Discount Through Resellers

The Oxygen XML non-profit discount is available for software purchases directly from Syncro Soft and for purchases made from an authorized Syncro Soft reseller. Syncro Soft authorized resellers are encouraged to contact Syncro Soft to establish the individual eligibility of their end-user customers for the non-profit discount.

Syncro Soft reserves the right to change or discontinue the non-profit discount program at any time in its sole discretion. Determination of eligibility for the nonprofit discount program is at Syncro Soft’s sole discretion and Syncro Soft reserves the right to refuse inclusion in the non-profit discount program to any organization for any reason.
